Accents Salon Spa gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Checks and Cash
Card on File Policy
For any service scheduled on a future date, we require a credit card for reservation of that service time. If you do not cancel within the appropriate time frame or miss your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service price. If you have missed two or more scheduled appointments, you will be charged 100% service price.
Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy
We kindly ask for 24 hour cancellation/reschedule for all salon and spa services. All spa packages and group events will require from 48-hours to 2 weeks cancellation notice (depending on the number of Guests)
If you do not cancel within the appropriate time frame or do not keep your appointment, you will be charged the full service price.
Late arriving Guest Policy
We kindly ask our Guests to arrive at their scheduled appointment time to ensure adequate time for your full Accents Aveda Experience with your service provider. We will do our best to accommodate late arriving guests within their reserved service time slot.
Your service charge will remain the same although your time may be shortened due to time constraints. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if the time has exceeded 15 minutes past the scheduled start time.
Spa Packages Policy
We require a credit card to reserve all Spa packages of two or more services. If you fail to cancel within the appropriate time frame (48 –hour cancellation policy) your card will be charges the full price of the service amount.
Gift Card / Certificates Policy
Accents Salon Spa Gift Cards are valid 5 years from the date of purchase. Gift Cards purchased for services or packages may be subject to service price increases after one year. Gift certificates offered through various promotions or donations do have a firm expiration date and may be subject to other restrictions.
If you fail to cancel within the appropriate timeframe, Gift Cards / Certificates will be redeemed for the service amount.
Redo and Refund Policy
Accents Salon Spa stands firmly behind all of our Salon and Spa experiences. If for any reason you are not 100% pleased with your service please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the situation. If a product is not working best for your hair we will gladly exchange it for a proper solution, however we do not accept returned products.
Mobile Phone and Computer/ Tablet Device Policy
In consideration of all our Guests, upon entering the Salon and Spa , please place your mobile phones or other electronic devices on vibrate.
