17 Nov What Makes Our Hair Floor Team Special

All of our salon team members at Accents are Aveda-trained, but each offers a distinctive background in hair cutting and coloring.

Our New Talent Stylists have fulfilled the 1500 hours of training required by the state of Arkansas prior to licensing. To be a part of the Accents team, they must also complete an extensive apprenticeship with a least three of our Master Stylists and demonstrate proficient skills upon graduating from that program.

Based on their level of education, experience and continued acquisition of skills, stylists are promoted to the status of Aveda Stylist, Senior Stylist, and finally Master Stylist. The current team of Master Stylists features cosmetologists with a minimum of seven years experience. We are also blessed to have an Aveda-Certified color educator on board with us (Diane Martin).

Along with their Aveda training, stylists at all levels have unique skills in a variety of areas, from specialty men’s haircutting techniques, to services including Brazilian Blowouts and Great Lengths Extensions.
